Yes, any terrain, no matter what
The structure is incredibly strong, and the legs are adjustable up to 13 inches in high difference. All you need are 4 peers installed properly and align to the legs of the HoverHaus.
Concrete pad: we can bolt the legs directly to the ground.
Rough terrain: We recommend using earth screws or metal/wood peers

Currently we operate out of our factory in Italy. While the units can be manufactured relatively quickly(3-4 weeks), shipping takes from 5-8 weeks.

The water, electricity, and plumbing systems connect using RV-style utility hookups.

The exterior is extrenely durable, as well as the interior. Every item in the build has a specific SKU number and can be instantly replaced by simply requesting a replacement.
Yes, all systems are fully accessible. Whether addressing electrical, plumbing, or HVAC concerns, maintenance is straightforward—access panels can be easily popped out, significantly reducing both the cost and time required for repairs.
