The HoverHaus

The HoverHaus is the flagship product of Hover City Inc.

It is a prefab housing unit that is designed like and aircraft and built using innovative material and techinques to provide the highest value to our community.

The HoverHaus can be used as single housing unit including kitchen, bathroom and a convertible 5in1 living area, or assemble with other units to create bigger spaces.

We want to provide our community with a flexible solution that makes owning a house as simple as owning a car.

At this time, our website is used to accept preorders for The HoverHaus and associated deposits only. The HoverHaus is not purchased or delivered through the preorder process.

Preorder deposits are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the Preorder Agreement. Additional terms, including any policies applicable to the final purchase, cancellation, delivery, and return of The HoverHaus, will be provided as part of the final purchase process.

When it’s time to place your final order for The HoverHaus, we take care of the entire delivery and installation process from door to door.

Shipping and on-site installation are included in the purchase price anywhere within the United States, provided the delivery location is accessible by road and can accommodate the equipment required for installation, including a forklift.

For locations that are not accessible by road or require specialized transportation, we can coordinate alternative delivery solutions, including helicopter delivery when necessary. Specialized delivery methods are not included in the standard purchase price and will be quoted separately based on the location and delivery requirements.

Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible—from our facility to the final placement of your HoverHaus.
